1.1 These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern all sales and deliveries of battery systems by Arnion Energy Technologies BV (“Arnion”, “we”, “us”) to professional installers and business clients (“Customer”).
1.2 By placing an order with Arnion, the Customer agrees to these Terms. Deviations are only valid if confirmed by Arnion in writing.

3.1 All offers and quotations by Arnion are non-binding.
3.2 An order is confirmed only once Arnion issues a written order confirmation.
3.3 These Terms apply exclusively, unless otherwise agreed in writing. Customer terms are not accepted.
4.1 All prices are in euros and exclude VAT, unless stated otherwise.
4.2 Payment terms:
5.1 Delivery takes place via truck transport within the Netherlands or other agreed destinations.
5.2 Arnion arranges transport and handles all logistics. Customers are not responsible for customs or import procedures.
5.3 Delivery dates are estimates. Arnion is not liable for delays due to unforeseen circumstances.
6.1 All Arnion battery systems come with a standard 5-year manufacturer’s warranty, valid from the date of delivery.
6.2 The warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship under normal use and proper installation.
6.3 The warranty does not apply to:
7.1 Arnion’s liability is limited to the value of the product delivered.
7.2 Arnion is not liable for indirect damages, including but not limited to loss of revenue, business interruption, or third-party claims.
7.3 No compensation is available for delays unless specifically agreed in writing.
8.1 Delivered goods remain the property of Arnion until full payment is received.
8.2 Until ownership transfers, the Customer must not sell, pledge, or encumber the goods.
9.1 Arnion is not liable for delays or non-performance due to circumstances beyond its control, including but not limited to natural disasters, strikes, transport delays, or supplier issues.
10.1 These Terms are governed by the laws of the Netherlands.
10.2 Any disputes shall be exclusively submitted to the competent court in Arnhem, the Netherlands, unless otherwise agreed.
11.1 If any provision of these Terms is deemed invalid, the remaining provisions remain in full force.
11.2 Arnion reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. The latest version will always be published on our website
